Submission of monthly transaction records to CEA

You need to submit monthly transaction records to CEA Aceas by the 15th of the following month. For example, transactions dated from August 1st to August 31st, 2025, must be submitted by September 15th, 2025. Here's a breakdown of the process: 

• What to submit: Records of closed transactions.

• When to submit: By the 15th of the month immediately following the month in which the transaction occurred.

• Why it's important: Error-free transaction records are published by the CEA on the 16th of the month.

What to Submit

Submit records for the following types of transactions to CEA via ACEAS: 

• HDB Residential Flat or Room Rental: Rental transactions for HDB flats and rooms.

• Private Residential Unit or Room Rental Transactions: Rental transactions for private residential units, including sub-leases.

• Private Residential Sale/Purchase Transactions: Sale or resale transactions for private residential properties, excluding collective sales.

Where to Submit 

• Use the Advanced CEA Estate Agencies System (ACEAS) to manage and submit property transaction records for your RESs.

       Important Notes

• HDB Resale Flat Transactions: For HDB resale flat transactions, HDB provides the records to CEA, so agents do not need to submit them. 

• User Guides and Deadlines: Refer to the relevant CEA user guide for detailed information on how to submit these records, the specific information required, and the deadlines for submission. 

• Data Updates: Records submitted through ACEAS are updated on the 16th of every month.
